The SHE Plan

The SHE Plan includes daily zoom classes, New workouts every morning, a 20 Page E Booklet on the Science of Nutrition (don’t worry, not too much science) a Facebook Community of Supportive, a private Instagram Page with 2 Follow Along Workouts per week and a whole community of likeminded and busy women.
The Plan also includes:
- 2 x Recipe Books
- Support Sheets to Print and use
- Monthly Pilates Class with Physio therapist (Currently on hold due to Maternity)
- 200+ Workout On Demand Library.

**Billed Monthly, Subscription can be cancelled any time with 5 days notice.
Personal Training can be done on a 1 to 1 basis or on a 1 to 2 basis. It can be carried out at the Personal Studio (full equipped) Or Zoom (this will then be catered to you and your home equipment). Personal Training is an investment, it means you will have open access to support, and be able to really focus on your goals, whether your goals be:
- Fitness Increase and Gym Confidence
- Fat Loss
- Working around injury
- Strength development
- Female Specific (Pre and Post Natal/Menopausal Fitness) Preparation and Support

**All 12 Session Blocks will come with a Diary to keep through the Block and a weekly plan for movement, hydration and healthy habits.
The JJLF Group Sessions are undoubtedly the most popular part of the business. With a strict “No Clicks” policy, every session is welcoming, fun and challenging!! Over the past 4 years your coach has perfected the programming to challenge the “first class novice….right through to the long serving fitty fanatics” EVERYONE is welcome to the Small Group Studio (The Garage) where there is a MAX of 6 spots available. This means your form will never be allowed to waiver, your efforts are ALWAYS noticed and your achievements are ALWAYS celebrated…..this is honestly one of the best ways to train…..Small group classes support your physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

**The Large Group Steam Sessions can be booked also using the 6 Sessions Pass, however Steam Block Bookings are encouraged as spaces fill up fast.
